How to Get Started
- Fill out my 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Application.
- Upon receiving your application, I will contact you to set up a FREE Discovery Call where I can learn more about your goals and to see if you would be a good fit to join my Nutrition Coaching Program.
- We will set up our Nutrition Coaching Appointments for an in-person, video, or telephone consultation.
- I will send you an Assessment Form to complete regarding meal patterns, eating habits, medical and weight history.
- We will have our appointment where we discuss the answers from your questionnaire and discuss easy ways to make lifestyle changes and set goals!
- Discuss barriers to healthy eating
- Setting up your house/daily routine for success
- Sample grocery list
- Meal planning
- Setting realistic goals
- We will schedule weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) follow-up appointments to work together & reach your goals for good!
