Cut the produce and sausage, toss with olive oil and spices, pop in the oven & eat! Easy and delicious meal! This recipe is also perfect to make ahead of time for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Italian Sausage Sugar-Free, Nitrate-Free
  • 6 Potatoes Diced
  • 6 Carrots Sliced
  • 2 Bell Peppers Diced
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Rosemary Dried
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.

Notes

We love using Lou's Sausage, a local Cleveland sausage made without sugar!
Definitely a simple dinner that can easily be made with other veggies, sweet potatoes, meat and other spices to change it up, but using the same Sheet Pan concept!
