Easy Creamy Slaw

This coleslaw could not be easier or more delicious! Combining a few ingredients for a tasty side dish is so simple and a great way to add veggies to a meal!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Dressing I love using Trader Joe’s Dill Dressing, Bolthouse Farms Ranch Dressing or Tessemae’s Ranch dressing
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place bag of coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl.
  • Dice a medium onion and combine with coleslaw mix.
  • Pour dressing over the slaw and onion mix. Stir until well combined.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
  • Enjoy!
