Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 Tbs Roasted Pecans or use your favorite chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp sweetener to taste I like using stevia!

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and sweetener (if desired), in a bowl until well combined.
  • Top with roasted pecans.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Don’t have pumpkin pie spice? Feel free to substitute with cinnamon and or nutmeg!
  • Sweetener is added to this recipe since I used plain Greek yogurt and pumpkin purée and it is a little tart otherwise. I use stevia since it is a sugar free and calorie free. Feel free to use 100% pure maple syrup or another sweetener of choice.
