Tangy Vinegar Slaw
This is a simple & crunchy side dish recipe that is packed with veggies, color & flavor as it's dressed with a vinegar-based dressing! This pairs perfectly with pork chops, pulled pork sandwiches, burgers & more! Just a short list of ingredients to make this sweet & tangy slaw that is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- 16 ounce Tri-Color Coleslaw Mix (should contain shredded green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots)
- 1 medium Red Onion diced
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place bag of coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl.
- Dice a medium onion and combine with coleslaw mix.
- In another bowl to make the dressing, combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour dressing over the slaw and onion mix. Stir until well combined.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
