Ingredients
16 ounceTri-Color Coleslaw Mix(should contain shredded green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots)
1medium Red Oniondiced
1/3cupApple Cider Vinegar
2TbsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1TbsHoney
1TbsDijon Mustard
Salt & Pepperto taste
Instructions
Place bag of coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl.
Dice a medium onion and combine with coleslaw mix.
In another bowl to make the dressing, combine apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Pour dressing over the slaw and onion mix. Stir until well combined.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
