Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
This recipe is insanely easy to throw in the slow cooker and have a juicy and flavorful source of protein that can easily be used for salads, bowls, tacos, wraps and more!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and top with salsa and spices. Use tongs to mix and cover chicken with salsa and spices.
- Cook on low in slow cooker for 3-4 hours.
- Check to be sure chicken has reached internal temperature of 165F. Then use two forks or culinary claws to shred chicken.
- Enjoy shredded chicken on top of brown rice, cauliflower rice, salad or in wraps or tacos!
