Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
This recipe is insanely easy to throw in the slow cooker and have a juicy and flavorful source of protein that can easily be used for salads, bowls, tacos, wraps and more!

2 lbs Chicken Breast 2 cups Salsa 1 Tbs Cumin 1 Tbs Chili Powder
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker and top with salsa and spices. Use tongs to mix and cover chicken with salsa and spices.
Cook on low in slow cooker for 3-4 hours.
Check to be sure chicken has reached internal temperature of 165F. Then use two forks or culinary claws to shred chicken.
Enjoy shredded chicken on top of brown rice, cauliflower rice, salad or in wraps or tacos!
