Rosemary Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Can of Chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil (I used garlic infused olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Ground Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Drain & rinse chickpeas and add to the food processor along with all other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy & serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Crackers or Whole Wheat Pita Bread

Notes

1/4 Cup = 1 Serving
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to set.
  • Using Garlic Infused Olive Oil in place of the regular Olive Oil for a more bold flavor!
