Homemade Peanut Butter

Make your own peanut butter at home with ONLY 1 Ingredient - PEANUTS! It is super easy, delicious and quick to make! Making your own also leaves out the extra sugar and unhealthy oils they add to other processed peanut butters.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Peanuts dry roasted

Instructions

  • Place peanuts in a food processor.
  • Turn the food processor on and let it run for 5 minutes. The peanuts with become crushed crumbs, and then form a dry ball, and then as it continues mixing i will form a smooth and creamy peanut butter texture. You may need to use rubber spatula to scrape down sides to push peanuts towards the blade.
  • Once peanut butter reaches your desired texture, store in air-tight container in pantry for up to 1 month, or in refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Serving Size = 2 Tablespoons
