Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 8 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel garlic.
  • Cut off stem end.
  • Place in oven safe dish.
  • Submerge in olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast at 200F for 3 hours.
  • Store in refrigerator and use oil for cooking, salad dressing or smash piece of garlic onto slice of bread - it will spread like butter (tastes super fancy and amazing!!)

Notes

Serving Size = 1 Tablespoon
Optional: Fresh thyme leaves added at the end since we had some to use up! Adds a level of freshness!
