Dill Pickle Hummus
It's your favorite creamy hummus with the salty, vinegary taste that you crave with pickles, but in dip form!

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Chickpeas drained
- 1/2 cup Dill Pickles chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Pickle Juice from the jar
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbs Dill plus more for garnish
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
- Sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove hummus from food processor into serving dish. Top with extra chopped Dill Pickles. Sprinkle extra dill on top as garnish.
- Enjoy & serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Crackers or Whole Wheat Pita Bread
