Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can Chickpeas drained
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Juice from the jar
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbs Dill plus more for garnish
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions

  • Blend until smooth.
  • Remove hummus from food processor into serving dish. Top with extra chopped Dill Pickles. Sprinkle extra dill on top as garnish.
  • Enjoy & serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Crackers or Whole Wheat Pita Bread
