Chili is such a delicious and comforting dish to make, and making it in the slow cooker gives it time for the flavors to become rich and delicious! Plus adding in extra beans and corn really adds extra fiber and nutrients!

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet and add diced onion to sauté. Once onion becomes more translucent, add ground Turkey and cook until no longer pink. Crumble the meat as it cooks. Drain grease before adding the browned meat to the slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients to slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
Enjoy over spaghetti squash, cauliflower rice, brown rice or with crackers or tortilla chips.
