Ingredients
3/4cupPeanut ButterI used a drippy kind like Crazy Richard’s
1/3cupVanilla Protein Powder
1/2cup+ 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
1/4cupGround Flaxseed
3TablespoonsMini Chocolate ChipsI used Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips
2TablespoonsPure Maple Syrup
1TablespoonChia Seeds
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, place the peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, flaxseeds, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
With a wooden spoon, mix the dough together until well combined.
Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop dough into your palms and shape to make a ball.
Roll into balls until all dough is gone. Mixture should make 30 energy balls.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
