Sausage, Potato & Veggies Sheet Pan
Cut the produce and sausage, toss with olive oil and spices, pop in the oven & eat! Easy and delicious meal! This recipe is also perfect to make ahead of time for meal prep.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Italian Sausage Sugar-Free, Nitrate-Free
- 6 Potatoes Diced
- 6 Carrots Sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers Diced
- 1 Onion Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Rosemary Dried
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.
Notes
We love using Lou's Sausage, a local Cleveland sausage made without sugar!
Definitely a simple dinner that can easily be made with other veggies, sweet potatoes, meat and other spices to change it up, but using the same Sheet Pan concept!
