Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Jarred Roasted Red Peppers chopped
  • 1 15 oz Can of Chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Open, drain and rinse chickpeas. Add chickpeas and all other ingredients to the food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with vegetables or whole grain crackers!
