Pizza Hummus
The tomato paste and garlic along with the Italian spices does REALLY give you that Pizza taste you crave, but in hummus form!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- ¼ cup Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 cups Canned Chickpeas 1/2 cup liquid reserved
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Sliced Vegetables For Serving
Instructions
- Drain & rinse chickpeas and add to food processor along with all other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove hummus from food processor into serving dish.
- Enjoy & serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Crackers or Whole Wheat Pita Bread
