Mango Salsa

This tropical salsa is delicious, nutritious, perfect on top of tacos, served over chicken or fish, dipped with tortilla chips & It's only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled, pitted, and diced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients together until combined.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
