High Protein Energy Balls
These energy balls can be whipped together for a quick and nutritious snack packed with extra protein and healthy fats! Take these on the go, or pack in the freezer to be pulled out for snacks at a later date!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter I used a drippy kind like Crazy Richard’s
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips I used Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, place the peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, flaxseeds, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
- With a wooden spoon, mix the dough together until well combined.
- Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop dough into your palms and shape to make a ball.
- Roll into balls until all dough is gone. Mixture should make 30 energy balls.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
