High Protein Chai Tea Latte
Chai tea lattes are one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks, but are loaded with a lot of extra sugar. Take a healthy spin on chai tea lattes by adding collagen powder and cinnamon for more antioxidants, protein and gut health benefits!

Ingredients
- 1 Chai Tea tea bag
- 3/4 cup Water to make tea with
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your milk of choice
- 2 scoops Collagen Powder
- Cinnamon sprinkled on top
- Sweetener of choice I used stevia
Instructions
- Microwave 3/4 cup of water in a mug for 2 minutes. Place tea bag in mug for 2 minutes to steep.
- Stir in 2 scoops of collagen powder.
- Next mix in stevia and almond milk and stir with a spoon. I also use a milk frothier to help and get some of the collagen clumps mixed in.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of milk froth.
- Enjoy!
