Corn Salsa

Every good taco, burrito, burrito bowl or taco salad comes with some good salsa! I fell in love with Chipotle’s corn salsa when I first tried it years ago and now I love recreating my own at home! Corn salsa is perfect for your taco Tuesday, Cinco de Mayo or anytime you want a Taco Salad or chips & Salsa!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Thawed Frozen Corn 12 ounce bags
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion Diced
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbs Dried Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • For best taste, chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to set.
  • Enjoy!
