Banana Sushi
This fruit sushi is a great snack to make with the kids, or to have as sweet and satisfying and healthy dessert to end a meal! You get a dose of fruit & fiber from the banana, some healthy fat with the nut butter, fiber and fat from the coconut flakes, and the fun and yummy factor from the chocolate chips. I DARE you to use chopsticks while eating your Banana Sushi, because why not?!

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbs Nut Butter like almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 Tbs Coconut Flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 Tbs Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Slice banana into bit sized pieces and arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle nut butter over Banana pieces. (you may want to microwave it for a few seconds to make it more runny and easy to drizzle).
- Sprinkle on coconut flakes and chocolate chips
- Enjoy!
