Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Pork chops are an excellent source of protein and get jazzed up with a coating of Parmesan cheese, and get oh so crispy and tender in the Air Fryer!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 375F. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Then coat with olive oil. In separate bowl, mix cheese and seasonings. Next coat the pork chops in each side with mixture.
  • Place potatoes in Air Fryer at 375F for 10 minutes. Flip or rotate racks half way through cooking.
  • Remove from Air Fryer once chops reach internal temperature of 165F.
  • Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Pick out the center cut pork chops at the store which are leaner and have less fat/marbling as a healthier choice!
