Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes halved
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley for Serving

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400F. Slice potatoes in half, place in bowl and coat with olive oil, then spices (except parsley) and then toss with lemon juice. Mix in bowl until well combined.
  • Place potatoes in Air Fryer at 400F for 10 minutes. Shake basket/rack and stir potatoes. Then cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from Air Fryer and top with fresh parsley.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don't have Baby Potatoes, feel free to use 1 pound of any potatoes you like, and chop into uniform pieces (about size of half of a golf ball).
  • The more you stack the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket or tray, the less crispy they will get. Having them arranged in a single layer will make for more crispy potatoes!
