3-Ingredient Trader Joe's Soup
This EASY & DELICIOUS soup is just 3 ingredients and 20 minutes away from a fabulous dinner on the table! Veggie packed and perfect for soup season!

Ingredients
- 1 32-ounce box Trader Joe's Creamy Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup
- 1 16-ounce package Trader Joe's frozen Outside-In Stuffed Gnocchi
- 8 oz bag Baby Spinach
- 1 tsp Olive Oil used to saute gnocchi
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute the gnocchi in 1 tsp Olive Oil at the bottom of pot over medium heat. Sautee just long enough to start browning the outside of the gnocchi and warm.
- Add the box of soup to the gnocchi. Stir until warm.
- Add the entire bag of spinach to the pot and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Ladle soup in bowls & Enjoy!

- Trader Joe's is the only place that I have been able to find this specific gnocchi (which is DELICIOUS & Cheese-filled!). You can check it out on their website!
- Adding in the entire bag of spinach may seem like a lot, but don't worry, this really cooks down!
- You can actually find this box of delicious Trader Joe's Tomato & Red Pepper Soup on Amazon!
- Feel free to substitute the tomato & red pepper soup for just regular tomato soup! I just enjoy the red pepper twist that this soup brings!
