In a large bowl, place the avocado flesh and lime juice along with salt, cumin and cayenne and mash with potato masher.
Fold in the diced onions and tomatoes along with the garlic and fresh cilantro.
Add 1 Tbs lime juice. Then cover container and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
