This recipe was totally nutritious and delicious and reminded me of my favorite Chinese takeout! The meatballs, peppers and pineapple was amazing with cauliflower rice and/or brown rice!
Preheat oven to 375F & Spray sheet pan with non-stick spray (I like use Avocado Oil Spray).
In a large bowl combine meatballs, peppers and pineapple.
Pour coconut aminos or soy sauce and mix ingredients until well coated.
Pour the ingredients onto sheet pan.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with your choice of rice - cauliflower or brown! And enjoy!

Serving Size = 1/12 of recipe (approx 5 meatballs and 1 cup of peppers/pineapple mixture) - nutrition does not include added brown rice or cauliflower rice
