Super simple supper that is perfect to whip up on a cold winter day! Just slice some items and throw it in a slow cooker for a no-fuss meal! Loaded with veggies, fiber and protein & packed with so much delicious flavor!
212 oz packages Chicken or Turkey Sausage Linksthinly sliced
6clovesGarlicminced
2Oniondiced
212 oz packages Frozen Sliced Carrots
10Celery stalksdiced
315 oz cans Great Northern beansdrained & rinsed
2tspRosemary
2tspOnion Powder
2tspGarlic Powder
2tspThyme
2tspParsley
2tspOregano
2Bay Leaves
8cupsChicken Broth
Salt & Pepperto taste
110 oz Bag of Fresh Spinach
Instructions
Place sausage, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, beans, oregano and bay leaves into slow cooker. Stir in chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
Find & remove Bay leaves.
Stir in spinach until wilted.
Serve immediately & enjoy!

Serving Size = 1.5 cups
Feel free to mix and match the kind of beans you use! Kidney beans and chickpeas are also quite tasty in this recipe!
