Roasting vegetables makes them crispy and more smoky tasting on the outside, but still nicely cooked on the inside! Roasted Broccoli is super easy to make, totally irresistible, and will make you fall in love with this way of cooking!

2TbsOlive Oil
1TbsGarlicMinced
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F
Line baking sheet with non-stick foil, parchment paper or silicone mats for easy cleanup!
Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces (if using fresh).
Place fresh or frozen veggies on the sheet pan. Top with little olive oil, sea salt, pepper and desired herbs and spices (my favorites are minced garlic and rosemary!)
Roast 20-30 minutes to desired doneness and crispiness. You can flip the veggies half way through cooking to ensure better crisp on both sides!
