Ingredients
1 15ozcan Chickpeas drained
1/4cupTahini
1/4cupExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
1lemonjuiced
2ClovesGarlic
2TbsLemon zest
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste. And stir in 1 tablespoon of the lemon zest
Remove hummus from food processor into serving dish.
Top with remaining 1 Tablespoon of lemon zest.
Enjoy & serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Crackers or Whole Wheat Pita Bread
