4Medium Baking Potatoes(White, Sweet, Red Skin - pick your favorite!)
2TbsOlive Oil
1 TbsFresh RosemaryOptional
Salt & Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Wash & Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick fries (with knife or french fry cutter).
Place fries in a single layer on a sheet pan (lay on non-stick spray, on silicone baking mat or on top of non-stick foil - for easy clean up!).
Spray with Olive Oil (using olive oil sprayer), and season with desired seasoning!
Bake until golden and crisp, about 35 minutes. Flip fries half way through cooking process (Recommended for crispiness on each side!)
Remove the fries with a spatula and enjoy!
Notes
- Serving Size = 1/4 of Recipe (or 1 of the potatoes made; I keep my portions separated by keeping each potato worth of slices separated on the sheet pan.)
