1(15 oz) canBlack Beansdrained and rinsed
1(15 oz) canPinto Beansdrained and rinsed
1(15 oz) canDiced Tomatoesdrained
1 (15 oz) canCorndrained and rinsed
1(12.5 oz) canChicken Breastdrained and rinsed
1(10.75 oz) canCream of Chicken Soup
1(10 oz) canGreen Enchilada Sauce
1(14 oz) canChicken Broth
1(1 oz) packetTaco Seasoning
Instructions
Open and pour all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir together.
Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese, plain Greek yogurt (as sub for sour cream), sliced avocado and tortilla chips.
Notes
You can easily adapt this recipe to make it on the stove. Just pour all ingredients into a large stock pot over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until heated through.Serving Size = 1.5 cups
