Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This recipe is so simple to throw in the slow cooker with a few flavorful ingredients to make a delicious shredded pulled pork with such little effort! Perfect protein to add to burrito bowls, tacos, salads, sandwiches and more!

Ingredients

Pork Shoulder

cup
Broth
I used chicken broth but you can use vegetable broth or any other kind!

peeled & sliced
Instructions
Place the pork shoulder, diced onion, garlic and orange slices in your slow cooker.
In a separate bowl (or liquid measuring cup), mix the broth and all of the spices together.
Pour the broth and spice mixture generously around the entire pork shoulder.
Turn your slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.
Once your pork is fully cooked (to at least 145F) remove it from the slow cooker to a plate or cutting board and use two forks to shred the pork.
Enjoy on tacos, burrito bowls, salads & more!
