The Greek yogurt mixed with the pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice seasoning is super creamy, high protein, and nutrient packed! I love adding in some roasted pecans for some extra crunch! Instructions
Mix yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and sweetener (if desired), in a bowl until well combined.
Top with roasted pecans.

Don’t have pumpkin pie spice? Feel free to substitute with cinnamon and or nutmeg!
Sweetener is added to this recipe since I used plain Greek yogurt and pumpkin purée and it is a little tart otherwise. I use stevia since it is a sugar free and calorie free. Feel free to use 100% pure maple syrup or another sweetener of choice.
