Cut the produce and sausage, toss with olive oil and spices, pop in the oven & eat! Easy and delicious meal! This recipe is also perfect to make ahead of time for meal prep.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.

We love using Lou's Sausage, a local Cleveland sausage made without sugar!Definitely a simple dinner that can easily be made with other veggies, sweet potatoes, meat and other spices to change it up, but using the same Sheet Pan concept!
