Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Jarred Roasted Red Peppers chopped
- 1 15 oz Can of Chickpeas drained & rinsed
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Open, drain and rinse chickpeas. Add chickpeas and all other ingredients to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables or whole grain crackers!
