High Protein Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate is one of my favorite drinks especially during chilly days! Take a healthy spin on hot chocolate by adding collagen powder and cacao powder for more antioxidants, protein and gut health benefits!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your milk of choice
- 2 Scoops Collagen Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder or cocoa powder
- Sweetener of choice I used stevia
Instructions
- Microwave 1 cup of milk for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until milk is hot.
- Stir in 2 scoops of collagen powder.
- Next mix in cacao powder and stevia and stir with a spoon. I also use a milk frothier to help and get some of the cacao clumps mixed in.
