Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce like Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  • Place chopped cauliflower and remaining ingredients in plastic bag. Seal bag and shake until well mixed. *Have marinate overnight if possible to let flavors sink in!
  • Place in one layer in Air Fryer and cook at 400F for 18 minutes, rotating/shaking halfway for even cooking. Cut into smaller pieces or put less cauliflower in Air Fryer for faster cooking.
  • Remove from Air Fryer once cauliflower appears to have brown edges.
  • Enjoy as is, or with an extra drizzle of Hot Sauce.

Notes

Serving Size = 1.5 Cups
I love dipping it in a lighter dip - Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing (found in a plastic bottle in the refrigerated case in the produce section)!
Pro Tip: The more you stack the cauliflower in the Air Fryer basket or tray, the less crispy they will get. Having them arranged in a single layer will make for more crispy cauliflower!
